It is an "Apple" day

One of the neighbors brought me a big box of apples! So that means I will be peeling and coreing to make apple butter. I love the smell of apples cooking with cinnamon and nutmeg! It is a bit of work but well worth the effort when all those jars are full, waiting to be opened at a later date. Oh and when they are opened warmed a bit and spilled onto french toast or pancakes yummm. There will not be a whole bunch of quilting or stitching done today. That is ok though it isn't  Friday yet so there will be no new clue today!
